A lot of good info in these interviews. <BR/><BR/>Asparagus is one of the few vegetables (along with peas) that I am completely fine with eating alone and without any spices. Just cut the tops off, boil the bottoms for a minute, throw the tops in and boil everything for another minute and then enjoy.<BR/><BR/>They're also good fried in a bit of sesame oil with sesame seeds.<BR/><BR/>Oh, which brings me to a question actually. Do you pop sesame seeds? I tried a couple days ago, but they burned instead (disclaimer: I'm a popping virgin.
